We accept returns only if:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Note: We do not accept returns for orders where the customer has simply changed their mind or no longer needs the item.
We cannot accept returns for:
Items showing signs of use.
Products that have been altered, cut, or customized.
Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
If your return is approved:
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost once we receive proof of the issue (photos or videos).
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees, except in cases where the item was defective or wrong.
